This message occurs if your AuditSoft download was interrupted (usually because of an internet connectivity issues) and is corrupt or if you computer does not meet the necessary requirements to run AuditSoft.
First confirm that you computer meets these: System requirements.
Having confirmed that you PC meets the minimum requirements you should download and reinstall AuditSoft by doing the following:
- confirm that you have a highspeed reliable internet connection
- go to https://auditsoft.co/
- click on the Download AuditSoft link
- Run the software installation.
