This article will help you fill out the Self-Assessor page on your STEPUP Assessment.

The second page in the STEPUP Assessment is 'Assessment Details'. In this page, you will need to input the Self-Assessor's details.

The Self-Assessor is the person completing the assessment, so that might be you or your staff. The Self-Assessor will be completing the assessment on behalf of the company, so they will need to have accurate information regarding the company's safety program, safety and injury reports and history, company references, and other supporting documentation. 

The Self-Assessor will also need to complete a disclaimer in the 'Summary Information' section before submitting their assessment. You can find the full disclaimer below:
